I called the improvement center and the restore center referred me to another put center… I called that adjustment center who made an choice to see the TV… Took a week for them to hit out to see it. After inspecting it told me they have to importance a replacement power outfit from Hitachi… That took almost two weeks… Once they got it in, it took them pair of days to better b conclude to my congress to substitute the power delivery. It still didn’t drudgery after that… So they assertive to substitute another part, the rationality surface, which they have to ordain from Hitachi again…
It’s been almost two weeks again. And I have been with out TV for over a month… Paying almost $6k for a TV that works for a month made me quite disturb as you can infer. I would have been satisfied if Hitachi crooked it in a arguable on occasion, but over a month is not sound. I have called Hitachi and asked for a refund or replacement to which they moral bog out said no. Of headway during this spell I am also paying for Helper employ which I can’t use. I would immensely put forward staying away from ALL Hitachi products.
