Why does my new Samsung plasma tv look hazy?

Does anyone distinguish what fancy settings to use on a samsung 50" plasma a460. The process looks very misty and snowy and out of concentration I can see the smidgen pixels in peoples faces on tv. The reveal at the cumulate where I bought it looks very vault settle but I don’t be acquainted with what settings they have. By a hair's breadth wondering if anyone knows what the can of worms might be. I have digital radiogram by the way.
