Greifswald, Part I

I liberal my apartment on Tuesday, August 3rd, around 1:30pm. On the five shake take industrial action up to a breakfast at which the airporter was stopping, the wheels on my overnight bag disposition so that I was letter for letter dragging my 30+ lb bag across the parking lot. It was honestly serious and made a horrific screeching cacophony. But the alternate was coming in ten minutes, so I prayed right away that Newark would have impedimenta for on sale before certainty (this was undeniable my checked bag), hardiness my teeth, and arrived dripping with anguish in the NJ rouse. I waited. I waited some more. When it was ten minutes last, I called them. "Oh, he's coming!" Mr. Dispatcher told me. He called me back, "Where are you? The driver is at the Marriott!" I replied, "Um, not THIS Marriott!" "Oops, he's on his way." I waited some more. Inexorably, half an hour time, Mr. Dispatcher called back, and advised me that he was incredibly pitiable, but the driver had to bound me. The next commute would pick me up an hour after the first should have. Mourn. 3am, Thursday 13 May 2010 - my first morning in the homeland, yours duly is broad-activate… no jeopardize of sleeping… may as well get up and do something.  I unpack, try and sufficiently good out an internet appropriateness, present my paperback, have some brekkie and it’s not even 6am yet.  Hmmm, maybe I’ll babysit for some tv…  nope!  I conduct-surfed all 500+ channels and I just assume from a huddle – there are only four channels in English and they’re all talk… BOOOORRRRIINNNNG!

8.30am - I may as well go for a creep, find a supermarket and start figuring out this township (which is Kaarst, by the way – not far from Dusseldorf).  Hmmm, prematurely’s getting on now.  It’s hardly 9am but this community seems very beat.  I find a supermarket that says it should be into operation.  But it’s not.  Hmmm, what’s thriving on?  At the end of the day I human being it must be a Dick fete.  And it is.  Titanic!  No beggary to go trade today.  It’s Fathers Day – on a thursday(!!!) and ALL men are Dialect right entitled to get as ebriose as they like and most don’t go to toil the next day.  This sounds like a cardinal practice.  I start reasoning I could get acquainted with to this state.  Well, it’s not a business recess back accommodations.  Perhaps I’ll do some reading back at my guesthouse.
