I prostrate the last three of years researching televisions looking for the replacement for my Toshiba 50″ widescreen backside projection set. It was starting to have shiver problems on inexorable inputs and I was not prospering to go to the tormenter of replacing parts on this older set.

Since I am a picture junkie I have always leaned toward plasma sets due to their more error-free blacks and broadly better handling of move on select. The drawbacks have been the effulgence effect, capacity blacken-in and power consumption versus LCD.

When I saw that Panasonic had addressed the incinerate-in and power consumption issues with their fashionable series of plasma sets, I undisputed to look closer at the S1 series which is more attractively priced than their higher even TVs but with most of the same features.
