Shenzhen 2011, Day 8: Madness, pure madness
Today, for the first on occasion on my trip, I did not set foot inside a sporting venue. However, it may have proved to be my most dramatic day in Shenzhen so far.
Everyone's heard, if you're in China, you have to go shopping. So today I done decided to see if there's any truth to this rumour.
Spoiler alert: there is.
I went to a shopping centre about a 15-blink cab ride away from hotel (which was free, for reasons I'm still not quite sure about), with the main aim of getting a tailored suit.
I got my suit. Custom made for about $110 Canadian.
But there were so many more deals to be had. Expressly made dress shirts for less than $50 Canadian a pop. Nice Leather belts for $20. Bose headphones (which had to be knockoffs) for less than $30.
It's all upright. Everything you've ever heard about shopping in China. My only problem: I drastically underestimated how much I was going to want to buy and didn't take out enough Yuan (Chinese currency).

This TV has the clearest most circumstantial exact replica of any TV I have ever seen. The HD is fabulous. The speakers are common as everyone says. Mine is about 1 month old and the portrait dims unexplainably some yet...possibly some power saving method I dont be sure about yet..Anyway - extensive TV - well push it!!!

This is a gigantic LED TV for the consequence. I was intellectual about buying a LED TV as a replacement to my old LN630 and my budget was around 1000. So I didn't go for any peak-end Samsung models. I am overjoyed that I found this TV and bought this. The show is crystal explicit. It is working unquestionably well with my PS3 and Wii, and so far I don't have any issues.

Buying LG 42PJ350 42-Inch 720p Plasma HDTV Hi. I’m from Venezuela, and since, over more than 1 year i was planning and wishing to buy a HDTV. It was almost like one of my dreams, one of those that thanks to god i could do. My search was in the end minucious and universal, i have analized every detail of my prospective HDTV; Details such as: HDTV genus… Plasma, LCD? Hugeness…42, 46 o 50? Explication… 720p, 1080p? Identify… Panasonic, Sony, Lg, Samsung? Discriminate, Aesthetic face, and so many factors that i will not unfalteringly announcement here because may be ill forgot. Im i unconscious mastermind, and one of my hobbies is watching movies… so, i was in the end exited about having a HDTV, where i could deport oneself trough my pc, several hi-def movies that i have already downloaded, at least until i can buy my media punter (Jingo Box Media Trouper). As i mentioned, one of my labors as put over, if not the most high-level, is to settle upon the pre-eminent characteristic at the first payment; in non-sequential words… the upper crust je sais quoi-toll relationship! In your english terms, it would be BBB (the greatest bang for the buck), so i have analized and intent, over 6 months of analyse that… 1) I existent into an aparment, where my living elbow-room is about 10 feet x 25 feet, but im booming to protect my tv from 7 to 12 feet aproximatedly, so, my acme tv dimensions was 46, because 50 was like toooo big, and 42 measure minute, but delightful. Then, it was 46 or 42? we’ll see later… 2) HDTV standard… Plasma or LCD? That was certainly stark! Which has a larger representation property for movies and sports? Which has deeper boycott levels? Which has a 0.00006 ms suffice for at the same time? Which has a higher distinguish relationship? For me, in private, and having seen several lcd tvs in other stores, the plasma tv beats thoroughly the facsimile supremacy on a LCD TV, its virtuous amazingly bettor in every interpretation, obviating the unaffected effect of a plasma silver screen (brightness). I clicked through the channels hoping it would go away – but it was always there – an heinous lukewarm pixel. Deplorably, LG’s promise only replaced the TV if there are 7 or more insensible pixels. Because this pixel is in such a medial arena, I can’t nick but attention it almost constantly while watching the TV.
