A half-naked Second Street woman was arrested Monday after being accused of troublesome to assault her 85-year-old neighbor, according to an OCSO incident report.
At around 11 p.m., the 85-year-old mistress called deputies saying a 27-year-old neighbor was trying to break into her concert-hall. She said the woman kept screaming about wanting to fight her.
